    Viewpoint use the latest cutting edge technology to bring designs to life. Our production pipeline enables us to quickly and efficiently refine and change as the design process evolves.

    Viewpoint Studios specialise in creating 3D visualisation in a wide range of formats, including still images, animations and 3D flythrough tours, interactive websites and iPhone applications.

    Our main skillset is to turn line drawings and sketches, such as architectural plans and basic concept design drawings into virtual reality images of proposed buildings, interiors and products.

    Our video production service also incorporates filming and editing, so we are able to incorporate greenscreen, 3D and motion design elements into real landscapes to create high quality video presentations.

    3D Architectural Visuals for Planning Permission

    3D architectural visualisation is being requested more and more by architects, property developers and planning consultants during the initial planning permission stages. Our high quality 3D visuals and animations help support the planning application by enabling the planning officers to view the final product before work starts on site.

    3D Visuals for Architects & Interior Designers

    At Viewpoint, we are able to work closely with Architects and Interior Designers to showcase their designs in a realistic setting, whether we produce still images, photo montages or flythrough animations. Our workflow allows us to update and change supplied drawing files on the fly, with changes being made to the 3D visual model instantaneously. We are able to work with all drawing types, as well as Sketchup and Revit models supplied by the client.

    3D Visuals for Marketing – Regeneration, Redevelopment

    New housing developments and redevelopments are using 3D architectural visuals and animations to showcase and garner interest in new or old developments. Virtual tours, full marketing presentations and 3D renderings are all used in the sales and promotional materials to promote the developments, especially when selling off plan.

    3D Product Visualisation & Animation

    Viewpoint Studios showcase upcoming products in a 3D environment before hitting the production line. We produce physically accurate 3D models and create animations alongside marketing materials to promote the product to investors. Existing products are also rendered and animated in 3D to enable display of usage and form in real world environments – examples include medical and dental tools.

    iPhone Assets & Application Development

    We are able to create and showcase your 3D designs on mobile platform, such as the iPhone. Viewpoint has also worked with a number of iPhone and mobile application developers, providing bespoke 3D assets for games and applications.
